Return Policy

A return can only be initiated if a Suprlativ product fails to function as it was originally designed, due to faulty workmanship or materials. The claim must be presented to us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will check our records for delivery date to verify your claim falls within our allotted grace period. The product must also be in its original configuration and packaging, free of any type of disassembly or modification. Please email us a description along with attached photos of your claim for us to review. Allow 2 to 3 business days for a response with our decision.
